  4. Spray 8"x 8" casserole pan with Pam and cover bottom with crushed tortilla chips and a thin layer of Daiya vegan cheese
  5. Layer tortilla mix on top of crushed tortilla chip and then add another level of crushed tortilla chips and tortilla mix on top of that.
  6. Top with Daiya vegan cheese and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees
  7. Let cool for 20 minutes. Delicious
