  8. I baked my pizzas for 12 to 13 minutes on a pizza stone in an oven preheated to 450°F. If you don’t have a pizza stone, use a regular pizza pan or baking pan. Place another pan (like a cookie sheet) upside down in the oven while it is preheating and place your pan containing the pizza on top of the preheated pan. This will help the bottom of the crust to brown better.
