- Add one tablespoon light soya sauce. Mix it evenly.
- Add one teaspoon red chili powder. Continue to mix it evenly under high heat. You should feel the "wok hey" coming. Add one teaspoon sesame oil for extra aromatic right before serving.
- From the time you add the cooked rice until the wok hey appears, the time spent should be controlled within two minutes. High heat is used all the way. Cooking too long will make the egg lose its moisture.
