  8. Put the mixed beans into sandwich size ziplock. For this recipe I use 5-6 ziplock bags. Sealed them properly. Punch few holes onto the plastic on each side (use toothpick).
  9. Placed them on drying racks inside the oven. Don’t turn the oven on.
  10. Tempe ready in 2 days time.
